Shared Respite Experiences - Supporting Mental Health and Wellness

Are you feeling isolated, helpless and frustrated with your symptoms of mental illness?

Are your current habits improving or worsen your situation and mental health?

Well, we have created supportive shared respite experiences focused on mental health and skill-building, aimed at enhancing your overall well-being, engagement, and daily life.

Created by our mental health Occupational Therapists (OTs) and run by our OT Assistants, not only are the shared respite experiences about engagement and social interaction, we focus on physical health, gut health and mental health.

More specifically we want you to feel different and to take habits home with you!
